How to use luminescent powder in printing paste?

1. Introduction

This product is made with iSuoChem's special photoluminescent powder and a clear printing paste.

Users can use methods such as screen printing to print luminescent patterns onto textiles and some non-woven fabrics.

After tests, we found that the printed patterns can be excellent resistance to rubbing, washing, water immersion, sunlight, and perspiration. It is non-toxic, harmless, and contains no radioactive additives.

The most main feature of this glow paste: After absorbing light for 10-30 minutes under sunlight or UV light, it can continuously glow in the dark for over 12 hours. This absorption and glowing process can be repeated again and again, and the effect lasts a long time.

2. Product Uses

Patterns printed with this photoluminescent paste (glow in the dark paste) not only provide color decoration during the day, but also continuously glow in the dark.

It can be widely used in clothing, footwear, decorative fabrics, bags, and signs.

3. How to Make the Photoluminescent Printing Paste

3-1. Choosing High performance Luminescent Powder: We recommend customers choose water-based luminescent powder produced by iSuoChem.

3-2. Making the Paste:
Use a clear printing paste that is neutral or slightly alkaline. Mix it with the luminescent pigment. The content of luminescent pigment is generally 20-50% (by weight).
Mix well. If it is too thick, add a thinner to make it easy to print.
Before printing the luminescent layer, print a layer of white printing paste as a base coat. This helps the design glow brighter.
